FUNDING

Mobile travel guide startup audiocompass has recently got US$ 400,000 fund from a group of investors like Blume ventures and Urrshila kerkar, a veteran in the travel industry. The audiocompass company told that it will use these funds to expand its destination coverage and improve its products development.

FOUNDERS

Gautam  Shewakramani (CEO  and Founder of AudioCompass)

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from college of engineering, university of Notre dame where he double majored in computer science and film. He did his post graduation MBA from the MIT Sloan School of management. He is a co-founder of Ras Maestros, a technology startup in the hand held multimedia guide business. He previously worked as a strategy consultant at Deloitte consulting and at deutsche asset management.

Pariket Doshi (CMO of AudioCompass)

He has done his graduation BE in computer systems in 2008 from university of Mumbai. Then he joined as a systems engineer at Infosys technologies for 2 years. After that he joined as a Sr. Executive in First water for 1.3 years, where he created strategies for brands across multiple platforms. Pariket Doshi holds the authority of keeping consumers happy.

Chhavi Sachdev (Creative Head at AudioCompass )

She completed her graduation in B.A in psychology and literature from king college and post graduation in M.A journalism from north eastern university. She formerly worked as a radio journalist in Europe and America, as a radio host and edited a magazine and lots more to tell about her. She assigns writer for our tours, edits the script and works with voice over artists, sound engineers to make the stories came alive. In order to bring the stories  of India to your ears.
